Set up UKG Pro for automated tests with TrustCloud!

Purpose

Instructions to grant TrustCloud limited access to UKG Pro

1. Log in to your UKG Pro account with someone that has a System Admin access and search Service Account Administration in your search bar on the top right. Click on ‘Service Account Administration’ from the search list.
2. Copy the ‘Customer API Key’ under the header.
3. On the ‘Service Account Administration’ page, click on the “Add” button in the upper right corner. This is to create a service account to allow TrustCloud to gain read-only access to your UKG Pro instance.
4. Provide the UKG Pro account’s admin username and email. Copy the username for future reference.
5. Select the ‘Generate New Password’ checkbox and select the ‘Employee and Company’ read-only scopes.
6. Click on ‘Save’. This will auto-generate the password. Copy the password for future reference.
7. Search Web Services in your search bar on the top right. Click on ‘Web Services’ from the search list.
8. Determine the Base URL for your web services. This can be found in the URLs listed on the Web Services page.
