Set up Greenhouse for automated tests with TrustCloud

Purpose

Once you set up your compliance program, TrustCloud TrustOps works to ensure that your systems remain compliant with your adopted controls. To do so, TrustCloud retrieves lists of resources against systems in your product and business stack to use for compliance evidence.

This document outlines the steps you can take to grant TrustCloud access to retrieve a list of job descriptions to use as evidence.

Instructions to grant TrustCloud limited access to Greenhouse metadata

1. Login to your Greenhouse instance as a user who has administrative privileges in your organization.
2. In the upper-right corner of any page, click the gear icon
3. In the left sidebar, click Dev Center.
4. Select API Credential Management
5. At the top left, click Create New API Key
6. Select Harvest for API Type, and type TrustCloud TrustCloud (or other name) for description. Click Manage Permissions.
7. On the next screen, select Copy and store the API Key for later use, then select I have stored the API Key.
8. For permissions, under Jobs, select Gat: Retrieve Job and Get: List Jobs. Under Job Posts select Get: List Job Posts and Get: Retrieve Job Post for Job. Under Job Openings select Get: List Openings For a Job.
9. Click Save.
10. Enter the API Key obtained in step 7 into TrustOps.
