Control implementation

To implement organizational structure or organizational chart control, document your organization’s organizational chart. Ensure the following components are taken into account:

  • Pyramid-like structure with the C-level executives at the top stretching down to middle management and staff-level employees
  • Implement a process to update the organizational chart frequently (at least annually).
  • Post the organizational chart in a location (i.e., intranet, SharePoint) that is available to all employees.
