Control implementation

The action required here is to document your company organizational chart, ensure the following components are included:

• Pyramid-like structure with the C-level executives at the top stretching down to middle management and staff level employees
• Implement a process to update the org chart frequently (at least annually)
• Post the Org chart in a location (i.e intranet, sharepoint) that is available to all employees
